A comment was received from a patient's daughter that she relayed to the staff. She wanted everyone to know that she thought the front desk was very professional and appreciated the help given to her mother.
"After several years of putting up with the constant tearing it is an absolute treat to be working on the ship and suddenly realize I don't have to wipe my eye to see. Thanks for your efforts."BW
"Such an efficient, friendly front office! We felt confident that they were entirely competent and would follow through with insurance matters, etc. No painful, endless paperwork for us to complete. The best office we have ever dealt with. Staff was knowledgeable and extremely accessible. They created an atmosphere of confidence for the patient. We felt comfortable asking questions, which were answered graciously and completely. We particularly appreciated the conversations with Susan! So cheerful, thoughtful and reassuring. All staff were friendly, caring, and cheerful. We never encountered an impersonal, distant, hurried person."
"I was refered to Dr. Laukaitis by my plastic surgeon, I needed corrective repair to my eyelids and she wanted to send me to the best specialist she knew.
From the beginning the whole staff, including the insurance billing, was great. The nurses were so supportive. I really needed their input during the healing process.
I have been so pleased with the results and I appreciate the aesthetic talent and skill of Dr. Laukaitis. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know.
Sincerely,"PS
"To Dr. LauKaitius and Team
I want to express my thanks for the wonderful job you did last October on my eyelids. I'm so very happy that I now have unobstructed vision.
In addition to making a change for the better in my range of vision, I find that a couple of other things were "fixed".
One, my eyes no longer tear-up at night or whenever I'm outside in the wind, and two, my upper eyelashes are curled upward a little bit instead of pointing straight down like they used to do. Yea!
Just as Dr. Cassidy said, "You are the best"!"

I'm hoping you can pass this e-mail on to Dr. Hink and the woman that helped me today (I forgot her name - she was so kind and gracious - I feel terrible for forgetting!)
I wanted to thank all of you for the wonderful care that I received today. Even though my eye area bruised a bit, which I was hoping to avoid but didn't really expect to avoid (smile), I'm so grateful to everyone who helped me today for being so kind and responsive to my questions, in addition to being clearly knowledgeable about how to fix the issue that I had and what I can do going forward in order to get the results that I'd like. Given that my appointment today was caused by probably the worst experience I've EVER had with a medical provider (from another office; obviously not this one), I confess that I was a little nervous when I walked in the door. However, based upon the absolutely wonderful care and help that I received today, I'm very much looking forward to returning in a month to go over my next steps with Dr. Hink.
Thank you for getting me in so quickly, and thank you to everyone for doing great work.
Many thanks,MD
My eye lid surgery both uppers and lowers was a success. Thank you to your team. From the start of the process to the final exam your team was professional. Dr. Sires has a great relaxed confident manner about him and did a great job. I would have had this surgery sooner if I known how painless the procedure was. The recovery time for me was so short. I came in 3 days after surgery for the lymphatic massage, which was terrific. After the lymphatic massage I had my vision back to normal and the healing seemed to be faster. I was back to work after a week off. Yes, I was a bit puffy, but I could work and was very proud and pleased with the results after one week. My only regret is I should have had this procedure done sooner, I look and feel younger. No more bags under my eyes.

Dear Doctor: I would like to thank you for your work. I believe that not only the beginning was good, but also the end. I am halfway healed, but I am feeling great now too. Maybe the surgery was easy for you, but for me it seemed hard because of my heart problem. Thank God nothing complicated came up. Everything came out great! But what was very important was that I didn't feel any pain! I stood up from the chair like nothing ever happened. I thank you again.

Please pass my message on to everyone. Thank you for being such a wonderful group of people. I have had amazing care both for my cosmetic procedure and for my reconstructive procedures.
See you at 9:30 Monday morning.
Thank you,"

"I bought a series of six peels over a year ago. The goal was to have a peel done every four weeks ( I went every six weeks). Anyways, it's called the Revitalize Peel. I do a deeper peel on my chest called Orange Peel. It can only be done at a medical salon with doctor prescribed products. Revitalize and Orange are medical products. I get it done at Bryan Sires office in downtown Kirkland. The salon is called Allure. When you get it done, it's important to do the entire Declote (Face, Neck and Chest). They will take a picture of your face in this machine which shows you all the damage over the years that has been done to your skin. It's amazing to see the damage. Anyways, after the peel, you will exfoliate/peel in about 48-72 hours. When you exfoliate, it gets rid of layers of old, damaged skin and allows the new skin cells to come to the surface. In the end, after many peels, it eliminates age spots, and sun damage. They say that the number one thing we can do to help our skin is to stay out of the sun,and do medical peels to erase the damage that we've done over the years and lather on SPF 35.
"After you do that series of six peels - their recommendation is to get a peel once every four months and stay out of the sun. They also have a line of medical grade products (creams and lotions) for the face and declote. I use SPF 35 on my face and declote with Zinc Oxide. Most SPF 35 products don't have Zinc Oxide. Only medical grade products have zinc oxide. It's a line of products they have called Obagi. Good line of products.
It's a start :). "Anonymous
